Preparation

Preparation is key to a successful cleanse, so we will email you specific instructions. The more prepared you are before your cleanse, the smoother your transition will be.

We begin with a gentle food based cleanse. Yes you will be cutting out lots of things you normally eat but OTG3 would like to make your experience enjoyable and get you to the finish line.

Quality and Delivery

Using a truly state-of-the-art hydraulic press, we cold press every last nutrient from our fruits and vegetables. This yields a juice so powerful of antioxidants, vitamins and enzymes that will immediately nourish all the cells in your body. Our cleanse juices have been scientifically tested to ensure the highest quality nutrients and include a nutrition label for each juice under our Juice section. Every bottle of juice is air-sealed in 100% BPA-free bottles in order to keep them fresh and pure for you (guaranteed to stay potent for at least 3-4 days). Then, we rush deliver your OTG3 cleanse juice system straight to your door the very same day they're pressed fresh.

And as always with any of our juices: Never pasteurized. Never any additives. Always freshly pressed.

Included in your delivery is a Ph testing kit 3 step guide that gives you the option to test if your body is in balance before and to compare the results of an OTG3 cleanse following.

You will replace your 3 regular meals and snacks with our 6-8 delicious, fresh-pressed juices depending on the cleanse plan you choose. Our maximum delivery is 3 days to ensure freshness and optimal benefits from active enzymes and nutrients. If you would like to extend your cleanse , please place this order within 48 hours of your initial cleanse. While cleansing, you cut out solid foods, snacks and stimulants like alcohol and caffeine. Light exercise is encouraged but getting plenty of rest and relaxation is key to ensure optimum detoxification.

After your Cleanse

Now is the time to test the results of an OTG3 cleanse with our pH testing kit , we will also provide you with guidelines and a sample meal plan for a gentle transition back to foods. Each 3 day cleanse plan also include a nutrition and fitness guide to continue helping you reach your health and fitness goals!

Shelf Life of the Juices

Because our juices are pressed using a state-of-the-art hydraulic press in order to preserve all of the delicate enzymes and nutrients which allows our juices to remain live, potent and fresh for 3-4 days after delivery. While 3 days is recommended for optimum freshness and potency, several of our juices may remain perfectly delicious and nutritious after 3 days. While most of our drinks may hold up well for 4-5 days, the ones that should be consumed within 3 days include the cashew nut milk and Acai.

Please note that while many of our juices may hold up reasonably well past 3 days, we do not guarantee their freshness and potency after 3-4 days (72 hours from delivery).
