Ordering Policy

Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week via our website. Since every order is freshly made-to-order, we kindly ask that all orders be placed at least 48 hours prior to your desired delivery day. For example, if you would like your delivery on Monday to begin a cleanse on Tuesday morning, you must place your order by Saturday. Otherwise, you always have the option to select the next available delivery date.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Our commitment is to provide you with the freshest possible product. Live, fresh juice must be treated with the utmost care and diligence in preparation. So, given our need to plan and commitment to quality, our policy is that all order cancellations or changes must be received at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery day. Assuming we receive an order cancellation or change at least 48 hours before your start date, we will happily provide you a credit to use at any available time in the following 12-month period. For example, if you are scheduled for Monday delivery for a Tuesday cleanse start, you must inform us of changes by sat at 12 pm. Please note that we do not offer refunds or credit for cancellations made less than 48 hours before your start date. We cannot offer refunds or credit if you cancel during the cleanse either. If there are medical reasons for canceling after the 48-hour deadline, we ask you to submit a doctor's note. Requests for refunds based on medical issues will be handled on an individual basis. We reserve the right to make decisions case by case.

Quality

We ship your juices inside an inflatable insulated liner that converts a cardboard box into a cooler. Your juice will arrive packed in ice and chilled to approximately 40 degrees. The juices should be refrigerated as soon as you receive your delivery.

Please inspect your cleanse delivery immediately upon receipt. All claims must be filed within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot be responsible for damaged or compromised juices due to the following:

  • Incorrect shipping address. We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Please ensure that the address is correct before finalizing your order.
  • Gift shipments sent to recipients who are out of town or otherwise unavailable to receive their cleanse. Please notify recipient of the pending arrival of their fresh juice cleanse system
  • Orders sent to condominiums or apartment buildings may not be released unless someone is home to accept them. Please consider shipping to your work address where you can refrigerate your juices upon arrival.
