Delivery Details

It is essential that when you schedule a delivery you have proper refrigeration for when it arrives and that you or someone is there to receive it. OTG3 wants to ensure the quality at all times. OTG3 is not responsible for your delivery if you are not there to receive it and will not issue refunds. Please understand that our delivery team will be strictly advised to never leave juice unattended. If you or the specified person not available to receive a delivery, the order will be returned to our offices and re-delivered at the client's expense.

While we highly recommend having somebody accept delivery, if you anticipate nobody will be available at the time of delivery, please select an alternative delivery day or arrange to have someone receive it for you or select a pick up location in your area. However, please again note that OTG3 cleanse is not responsible for lost or stolen product once it has been delivered.

Remember that your juice is prepared and distributed the same day to ensure freshness! We cannot take responsibility for our premium fresh juices if you leave them in the delivery box unattended and sitting. This is intended for delivery only and the enclosed ice packs will only last so long.

Upon delivery your OTG3 juices must be kept cold at all times for freshness!

OTG3 juices are hydraulically pressed just hours before you start your cleanse in order to retain their high nutritional integrity for four days when refrigerated properly.

Packaging and Quality

We ship your juices inside an insulated liner that converts a cardboard box into a cooler. Your juice will arrive with enclosed with ice paks chilled approximately 40 degrees. To ensure the freshest juice possible, you should start your cleanse the day you receive your juice for optimal nutrition. 

Delivery fee

There is a delivery fee for each location; we will also be offering pick-up locations in the near future.

Order minimum for delivery

If you would like to order any of our premium cleanse juice systems for more than 3 days, we will redeliver on the third morning of your cleanse to ensure maximum freshness. Please ensure you order at the same time that you place the order of your initial cleanse. This helps us to preserve the value and freshness of the products we offer you.

For the fastest possible service, we encourage that all orders be placed through our website. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express as well as ATM debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo. All payment processing is handled by Paypal. Order confirmation

After ordering, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. This also acts as your receipt. In addition to your order details, the email will contain some very informative tips in preparation for your cleanse. This is to ensure a gradual transition preventing any harsh detox symptoms!
